Class Rooms

The classroom is the heart of every student. It is an unforgettable place that they remember throughout their life. The classroom makes students what they are in their practical life. It has the wonderful impact upon students for the rest of life. Classroom is defined as the place where a group of students attend classes from a particular teacher on a particular subject.

The Classrooms in G.T.N. Arts College are very attractive, spacious, airy and ventilated. The Classrooms are very peaceful, rarely noisy environment is found. In front of blackboard a chair is placed for teacher, and more than twenty benches are placed for students. On each desk three students can sit comfortably. The Classrooms are kept neat and tidy. Two dustbins are placed in corners of class in which students can throw wrappers and papers.

There are 15 Smart Classrooms in our Colleges with interactive white board. A smart classroom is a technology-enhanced learning classroom that enhances the way of teaching and learning digitally. The classroom is integrated with the digital displays, tabs, whiteboards, assistive listening devices, and other audio/visual components that make lectures easier, engaging, and more interactive.

Interactive Whiteboards

All the interactive whiteboards consist of a computer, projector, advanced software technologies and a display panel. They are operated by a touchpad that is connected to a computer which is connected to a projector. The teacher takes the entire control of the information which can be copied or transferred to another slide. They come with a set of features for enhancing the quality of education that are:

They handle all sorts of media content, video, presentations
Spotlight for highlighting any specific area;
Screen shade for hiding and revealing information on choice, used especially in questions and answers.
Magnifier to zoom images
Pointers to mark something on highlighting specific areas.

Smart Class Rooms

There are two Smart Class Rooms in Main Block. One is Hall No. 6 with a dimension of 600 sq fts and another is Hall No. 14 with a dimension of 900 sq fts. Smart Classes use digital technology to enhance the learning process. The various audio and visual aids enhance the learning process and make it more fun. Specialized software is designed and optimized to the needs of a specific class, unlike universal solutions.
Smart class technology allows students to make presentations online and get feedback from their teachers in less time. Same for teachers who do not need to tell students to make rough notes, as presentation can be shared directly with everyone.
